Orders take from 4 to 7 business days to be delivered

Zone 1 (Cairo & Giza) = 50 EGP

Zone 2 (Alexandria) = 60 EGP

Zones 3 (Mansoura & Kafr elsheikh) =80 EGP

EXCHANGE POLICY 

At DNM, your satisfaction is our priority. In case you're not completely happy with your purchase, we've got you covered.

You can DM us to exchange your item within 1 day of receipt, provided it remains unopened and in its original condition. To initiate an exchange, simply DM us your order number and reason for exchange.

Please note that exchange requests cannot be processed for items that have been opened, used, or damaged in any way. We require all items for exchange to be returned in their original packaging and condition. DNM reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the product returned does not meet our exchange policy requirements.
